House Rules and Penalties

  1. Check-in time is 2 pm.
  2. Check out time is 12 noon.
  3. Guest who stays between 12 noon and 3 pm pays 50% of apartment rate, and full rate shall apply after 3 pm.
  4. Guest deposits a caution fee upon check-in:
    • * 1 bedroom: N25,000
    • * 2 bedrooms: N35,000
    • * 3 bedrooms: N50,000
    • * 4 bedrooms: N75,000
  5. The guest will be held responsible for any loss of items or damages in the apartment.
  6. Please dial +234 806 430 6472, 30 minutes before you check out for inspection and staff assistance with your luggage.
  7. No smoking in the apartment. Violation attracts 50% of the apartment rate.
  8. It's mandatory for guests to produce a valid means of identification and fill the KYC form.
  9. Cancellation of reservations 24 hrs or less to the arrival date attracts 50% of the apartment rate as the cancellation fee.
